Job Title: Training Lead

Salary: £120,000 - £130,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Contract Type: Full-Time

Location: Central London - 4 days office-based, 1 day remote

Role Overview:

The Training Lead plays a critical role in supporting the Global Finance Transformation Program by developing and delivering training materials, training the trainers, and providing support during key phases such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), hypercare, and finance process documentation. This role requires an experienced professional with expertise in finance, ERP Microsoft Business Central implementations, and learning strategies to ensure seamless knowledge transfer across all regions and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Development & Delivery:
    • Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, E-learning modules, quick reference guides, and documentation tailored to global and local finance needs.
    • Lead and support the development of a global network of trainers, ensuring consistency and high-quality training delivery.
    • Deliver train-the-trainer sessions and provide coaching to local teams.
    • Align training content with business objectives, the new ERP system, and finance processes.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Hypercare Support:
    • Coordinate and support UAT, ensuring finance teams validate new system functionality and provide critical feedback.
    • Develop UAT test scenarios and scripts based on business processes.
    • Provide post-implementation hypercare support, resolving ERP-related issues and assisting users.
  • Process Documentation & Standardisation:
    • Work with functional and technical teams to document finance processes clearly and consistently.
    • Create process flows, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) post-ERP implementation.

Experience:

  • 12+ years' experience in a multinational organisation with a focus on ERP implementations in finance.
  • Proven track record in training development, train-the-trainer programs, and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading training during UAT and hypercare for global systems implementations.
  • Strong background in documenting and standardising finance processes post-implementation.

Knowledge:

  • Deep expertise in finance systems and ERP solutions, with Microsoft Business Central as an essential requirement.
  • Understanding of global financial regulations, compliance, and business process re-engineering.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position based in London (4 days office-based, 1 day remote).
  • Travel may be required to support global teams and regional offices.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones due to the global nature of the role.
