Role:
As IT Director, the role will involve managing the Head of Digital and overseeing timely technical support and maintenance for all digital and IT systems. Prioritizing high member and team satisfaction, this position ensures a seamless technical experience. The ideal candidate should be diplomatic and experienced in supporting various platforms, including website, customer app, CRM, EPOS, online billing, stock management, and event management.

Responsibilities:

• Recognize and manage the significance of IT systems, data, and processes at The Roof Gardens.
• Ensure the acquisition and implementation of hardware and software are appropriate, cost-effective, and well-managed.
• Provide timely and friendly 1st line support to all team members, addressing hardware, software, and network infrastructure and faulty management.
• Support and maintain existing systems and networks.
• Assist in the development of new systems and networks, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Skills/Must have:

• Extensive Experience of developing IT Roadmaps / Platforms
• Salesforce, M365, Oracle Cloud
• Previous experience in a hospitality environment is required.

Salary:

• £90,000 Basic (annually)
