Job Description

*Business Administrator - £19.75/hour - INSIDE IR35 - 2 month initial contract - Elgin, North Scotland*

We are looking for a Business Administrator to join a FMCG client on an initial short-term contract. Working as part of a focused central team, the role supports the malt sites management teams by providing effective management of site financial & purchasing systems, procedures, documentation and archiving, including the analysis, interpretation and generation of financial reports. You will support the site management teams with administration tasks to support HMRC compliance requirements and also support with CARM control and archiving of electronic documents.

Key responsibilities:

  • All SAP/Coupa administration for the management of purchase order requisitioner and order placement for all Malt Distilling sites
  • Responsible for SAP/Coupa workflows, maintaining the adherence to PtP processes for purchase order management
  • Prepare monthly budget reports from SAP and support site management review of performance to budget
  • Assist sites with annual budget setting process
  • Prepare the quarterly W21 HMRC task for sites and provide for site management to finalise and verify
  • Archiving & CARM Control - Ordering process and site electronic documents
