We are looking for a General Builder Operative to join a well-established and respected organisation based in York. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in general building maintenance and repairs, seeking a stable, long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general building maintenance and repairs across properties
• Working with a variety of trades and equipment to complete tasks to a high standard
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control
• Providing excellent customer service to residents

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a general builder or in a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of health & safety practices
• Full UK driving licence
• Ideally, you'll be based in or near North Yorkshire.
