Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance Manager with native-level fluency in German to join our client s team. This permanent, hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead and oversee the financial operations of our client s German office, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations for our client s German office, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage a team of 2-3 colleagues to ensure the accurate processing of transactions.
• Reconcile the balance sheet and compile month-end accounts for submission.
• Ensure compliance by submitting government records and reports on time.
• Maintain a positive and productive relationship with the auditor, supporting audit processes as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Native-level fluency in German is essential.
• Proven experience in finance within Germany or the DACH market.
• Experience in dealing with German auditors and submitting VAT and other government records.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a small team.
• Solid general accounting experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role with a commutable distance to High Wycombe.
• Accounting qualifications are preferred but not essential.
