Your future team

You will lead our new Product Marketing team (4 people) and report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Your role in this journey

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Marketing leader to influence product development, align product, sales and account management, and help us to drive greater success with our B2B customers. You will play a pivotal role in understanding the needs, pain points, and desires of our core customers, and translate those insights into innovative product features and marketing strategies that drive adoption.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy collaborating with our product management, business teams, channel marketing and brand marketing teams for our B2B product that drives adoption and growth, with some involvement in B2C.
  • Work with customers and stakeholders across the business to gain insights into the unique needs, preferences, and behaviours of our target audience segments.
  • Synthesise and support a point of view from multiple sources (customers, competitors, research, industry trends, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Product Management leadership to drive product and feature development, influencing the product roadmap, and balancing customers' needs, feasibility, and business objectives.
  • Use customer research and competitor intelligence to craft, test, and optimise compelling value propositions, product positioning, messaging and communication materials that resonate with target audiences and communicate a unique competitive advantage.
  • Own our go-to-market process and roadmap; develop and execute robust plans for Holidu product launches, leveraging market-driven product features to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Account Management organisation to develop training programs for our teams on product features and value propositions, ensure proper product messaging and effectively equip the sales team to close deals and our Account Managers to develop our customers.
  • Develop a framework to measure product marketing effectiveness and impact, and continuously optimise performance leveraging data and insights.
  • Hire, develop and lead talent to build a high-performing team.
Your backpack is filled with
  • 10+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study.
  • Strong capability in developing GTM strategies, messaging frameworks, and creative campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in project management.
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure marketing performance, and determine improvements and innovations.
  • Excellent judgment and thinking strategically while staying on top of execution.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation and AI tools that can scale a marketing team.
  • Ability to drive innovation and creativity.
  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and deal with ambiguity.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills in English, with an innate attention to detail and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
