Apple's Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, in many ways, is the face of Apple to our largest customers. Apple expects innovation in every part of the company, and the SP&O team meets that challenge by ensuring the seamless execution of program deployment & life cycle management, training & advocacy engagement, systems development, geo expansion and program execution and briefings for Enterprise Channel Sales.

As Head of SP&O for France & Benelux you will lead an international team across Training & Advocacy, POS Operations and Contract & systems based in France and other key markets in the region. You will partner with WW, regional & country SP&O and Sales teams to ensure that all executional aspects of Apple's customer experience are consistently delivered according to plan and drive operational optimisation.

Description

Lead the SP&O team in France & Benelux which includes training & advocacy, POS operations and contract & systems.

  1. Deliver seamless execution across all areas of responsibility, with a constant focus on optimization.
  2. Establish and rethink working processes and project management frameworks to monitor progress and deliver best in class support to our country sales teams.
  3. Provide direction to central and country teams, building an understanding of how their roles contribute to the achievement of sales strategies.
  4. Motivate and drive people to successfully deliver, even in adverse conditions or with limited resource.
  5. Build strong relationships within Country, Central and WW levels.
  6. Can-do, delivery and results focused, you drive and execute global and local programs aligned to regional business plans and WW strategy for all routes to market - Retail, Telco, Education and Enterprise.
  7. You will be a key stakeholder to provide input to our central Team in London and our global strategy on all program development and ongoing management, including tools to operationally manage and report on performance.
  8. Constructively challenge sales teams, central SP&O teams and Worldwide SP&O whilst ensuring operational excellence of programs for our customers.
  9. Due to changing priorities, budget, resource and the need to balance the requirements of multiple countries, you face the daily challenge of where to focus your time and energy.
  10. You have a don't give up attitude, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks. You drive what matters and empower your teams to reach their goals along the way.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience leading a successful team of talented individuals.
  • Strong understanding of delivering an "Apple customer experience" when it comes to Training & Advocacy and POS Programs.
  • Dedication to meeting the expectations of both internal and external customers, and focus your team on doing the same.
  • Drive excellence, and craft the right environment for your people to do likewise.
  • Strong collaborator, ability to empower team members and mobilize the right resources to ensure all problems are resolved.
  • Inspire the team to be creative and find efficiencies to achieve seamless execution.
  • Clear sense of priority setting and structured planning and execution.
  • Proven effective relationship builder experienced in a matrix environment, approaching problems flexibly and delivering results by driving what matters.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • You are fluent in English and French with other local languages an asset.
