- Responsibility for the management and continuous optimization of the ITCS operations control system as well as the Nettro operations reporting system including their adaptation to specific business requirements
- Database maintenance and administration, including regular backups and updates
- Analyzing system and data interfaces to ensure data integrity
- Creation of data evaluations, reports and dashboards to support operational decisions
- Creation of technical documentation, user training and provision of support during system operation
- Support with the installation and configuration of hardware and software as well as regular checks of the IT infrastructure (server, clients, network)
- Collaboration on IT projects with the opportunity to take responsibility for and design your own project
- Degree in IT or a related field, ideally with a connection to public transport
- Sound knowledge of IT architecture and data structures, supplemented by desirable experience in project management
- Strong teamwork and communication skills combined with a reliable and independent way of working
- High level of empathy, openness and social skills
- Very good written and spoken German skills
