Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Finance Consultant, who will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. As a Finance Consultant, you will create detailed design, architecture, process artifacts, and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Your Role:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of QAD Enterprise Edition experience (version 2016 to 2023) with at least two end-to-end implementation and rollout projects.
• Must have experience in implementing two or more projects on QAD Enterprise Finance and experience in Adaptive ERP.
• Must have experience in the following Financial modules:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Costing
• Banking/Cash Management
• GL
• Fixed Assets
• Month-end and Year-end activities.
• Proficient in conducting CRP & Workshop sessions with clients on business process flows and requirement gathering. Should have the ability to conduct independent testing, system testing, conduct super user training, support clients for user testing, and support cutover & deployment activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Hi-Tech Manufacturing/Consumer Product Groups industry domain based QAD ERP package solutions.
• Experience in QAD Cloud.
• Certified in QAD Easy Onboarding (EOB) processes for implementation, rollout, and upgrade engagements.
• Preferred certification in QAD Finance for AUX.
• Experience working in projects with Agile/waterfall methodology and experience in handling sprint teams in a lead capacity.
• Ability to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Planning and coordination skills.
