Legal Counsel

An exciting opportunity with an international technology business supporting the UK and other European jurisdictions from a legal perspective. The ideal candidate is a high-performing and practical lawyer with a proven ability to provide strategic and business-minded legal advice. The role reports to the General Counsel while also having exposure to other senior stakeholders in the business.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Provide legal advice across a broad range of commercial areas as well as review, draft and negotiate contracts supporting the business.
2. Work on contentious and non-contentious contractual matters relating to projects, contracts and operational matters within the business.
3. Advise on risk management, governance and compliance.
4. Experience with outsourcing, procurement, MSA's, consultancy and service agreements.
5. Strong stakeholder management experience, with an ability to build key relationships and influence on important issues.
6. Prior experience with consultancy and construction is preferred but not required.
7. German language skills preferred.
