Who we are looking for

We are currently seeking exceptional and committed individuals with the ability to solve complex problems in a creative way with backgrounds in biosciences, medicine, biotechnologies and experience or strong interest in economics and business strategy related to Life Sciences.

Successful candidates typically possess outstanding academic achievements, are comfortable with quantitative analysis, have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, relevant professional experience, and notable extracurricular interests. Fluency in another European language is considered an asset.

We are looking for a sense of intellectual curiosity that will inspire you to develop a deep understanding of any client situation, and to generate innovative answers to complex questions. We want people with the ability to think in logical, structured ways, together with the creativity to look beyond the obvious. We recruit from a wide range of disciplines in both the arts and sciences, and do not require existing technical skills - just a strong desire to learn.

Our team-oriented approach requires individuals who can collaborate and communicate well. We seek proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic candidates who take ownership of their work and make a meaningful impact.

What we offer

Training and development: The Associate position at L.E.K. is a launch-pad for your career.
