About Our Client
A global consultancy with 50 staff in London is now looking for a high-calibre and proactive Office Manager to support the office operations.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office
- Perform front-of-house duties, greeting clients and visitors
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and legal requirements
- Liaise with building management to resolve office-related issues
- Organise company events
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Management Team, responsible for meeting coordination, expenses management, and logistic support
- Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for the wider team
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management in the professional services or financial services industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and organisational challenges
