Knowledge & Capability Manager - Pensions

We are looking for an Knowledge and Capability Manager with strong experience working in the Pensions sector to work for one of the largest pensions scheme providers in the UK.

You will be responsible for creating in depth technical knowledge of the scheme to ensure that staff have the ability to deliver the best customer experience to members.

You ill get to review the current capability and design and implement a first class training, learning and development plan as well as mapping out different L&D requirements at each different level of role in the business.

This is a key role and the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the business is key.

A background in DB and/or DC pensions is essential for the role.
