Practice Managers - Must have veterinary experience

We are working with a well-established veterinary practice in Lincoln who are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a background in veterinary practice to join their dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the practice, ensuring the team is well-supported, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice Operations: Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the veterinary practice, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
• Team Management: Lead, support, and develop a team of veterinary professionals and support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Financial Management: Manage the practice's budget, ensure financial targets are met, and oversee invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Compliance & Health & Safety: Ensure the practice adheres to relevant legal, regulatory, and health and safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the purchasing and management of stock, ensuring the practice is fully equipped and supplies are well-managed.
• Operational Improvements: Identify and implement improvements to enhance practice efficiency, client experience, and staff engagement.
