Salary: £47,000 - £55,000 plus London Weighting Allowance of £5,319 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

Location: Office Base is London, TVC. This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will balance office working with home working.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Product Performance Manager to enhance the consistency, communication and effectiveness of the governance, principles, and frameworks in our Product Delivery process. This role spans a diverse portfolio of products in both Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) markets.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape this new role, working with the Head of Product Performance to develop a Product Performance function delivering across the entire portfolio. They will also play a key role in driving collaboration and the sharing of best practices within the team.

Role Responsibility:

Governance Framework

  • Support the development and ongoing maintenance of a new live document capturing the governance framework for Studios Product Group.
  • Develop and deliver a communication plan to introduce the new framework, work with leadership to embed it, and gather feedback to adapt the framework as needed.


Data & Reporting

  • Manage reporting cycles and maintain portfolio-level updates, establishing an overall reporting structure and processes.
  • Conduct regular team surveys, maintain dashboards, and support leadership in analysing survey results and tracking follow-up actions.


Communication

  • Support in establishing a communication plan for the team and stakeholders, and collate important updates to share across team channels.
  • Responsible for the planning and running of SPG town halls.


Finance Support & Budget Tracking

  • Provide finance support across SPG and work with Finance to establish and embed new processes.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure our budget tracking remains up to date and our recharging is accurate.


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Oversee tracking of recruitment across SPG and alignment with Finance.
  • Support managers and new starters during the onboarding process.


WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA;

  • Experience in project, product or delivery management
  • Experience in writing documentation
  • Experience planning, monitoring and reporting, as well as detecting and resolving problems
  • Expertise in managing and analysing data to measure effectiveness and demonstrate value
  • Experience identifying opportunities, constraints and enabling sharing of best practice
  • Strong understanding of financial budgeting and forecasting.


DESIRABLE CRITERIA;

  • Product knowledge and experience working with a continuous delivery mindset
  • Knowledge of using OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) to measure value
  • Experience in using Tableau, Piano, or other data analysis and visualisation tools
  • Experience in using or other planning tools.
