Description

• In-depth, hands on solution and configuration experience of SAP HCM ECC6, primarily in the OM and PA areas.
• Will need to undertake analysis of existing SAP HCM solution to understand and document data flows, system triggers and downstream processes Dependent on HR data.
• Identify HR data managed SuccessFactors required create an employee 'mini master' with the necessary content to ensure processes continue to work within ECC/S4 and downstream systems.
• Design SuccessFactors to S/4 integration for employee data.
• Detailed mapping of 'source to target' data.
• Ability to 'self start', work independently and manage own activities and priorities.
• Strong client engagement skills, with ability to plan and run design and solution workshops.
