Senior Account Manager/Account Director, Corporate & Sustainability - London

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop strong relationships and trust with clients, providing strategic and creative counsel, insights, and analysis.
2. Ensure the delivery of excellent, consistent service and results.
3. Brief the creative engineering team to bring concepts to life for multi-channel campaigns.
4. Contribute to new business pitches as well as identifying cross-sell opportunities.
5. Manage and motivate direct reports, acting as a leader and supporting career development.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience in corporate reputation, strategic positioning, and behaviour-change campaigns.
2. Strong interest or experience in sustainability.
3. Excellent media relations skills and close relationships with notable media.
4. Ability to interact confidently with clients at a senior level and run accounts autonomously.
5. Robust understanding of integrated comms, and experience integrating PR with digital marketing, content, and broader marketing activities.
