Project Task

The Service Introduction Manager will work within the Workplace IT Services team to manage the service introduction/transition process for the services.

Skills

1. Service readiness, Service introduction and Service transition experience
2. 7 - 9 years SI experience
3. Reporting knowledge
4. Experience in managing big projects
5. ITIL
6. SPOC for handover to delivery

Responsibilities

1. SI lead for complex projects
2. Manage the Service Introduction process for a service
3. Reporting
4. Alignment with client and all teams
5. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
