Team Leader IT Project Management & Controlling (f/m/d)

The position is available full-time and part-time and is open-ended.

Your tasks
  • Management, organizational and strategic orientation of the team, taking into account the department strategy
  • Ensuring reporting and IT controlling for the IT projects supported, taking into account the cost, deadline and quality specifications
  • Creating the framework conditions for legally compliant, economical and risk management-driven action
  • Ensuring the assumption of project management tasks for identified IT projects from other teams in the IT section (in particular SAP, basic applications and IT infrastructure)
  • Ensuring the execution of typical project management tasks such as planning, controlling and reporting on current and future IT projects as well as ensuring communication within the IT projects and, at a higher level, ensuring "project discipline" and coordinating the deployment of external consultants
  • Ensuring the documentation of IT projects (e.g. status reports, results reports, task tracking)
  • Ensuring the compatibility of new and ongoing IT projects with the objectives of the IT strategy
  • Further development of the methods and processes used for IT project management and IT controlling
  • Support for strategic IT planning and decision-making
Your profile
  • Completed studies in the field of computer science, economics, business administration or similar
  • Qualifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Kanban) or comparable
  • Many years of relevant professional experience in the IT environment and in the application of agile project management
  • Initial management experience in a comparable position
  • Sound knowledge of project and process management in IT projects
  • Sound knowledge in the area of controlling IT projects
  • Sound knowledge of agile project management methods and tools
  • Goal and result orientation as well as convincing communication skills
  • Strong ability to create a motivating work environment
