Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to enhance and migrate our on-premise CRM systems to the cloud. Your role includes analysing requirements, designing and implementing solutions, automating deployment/testing with CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining system documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform
• Create and implement custom user interface components
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our Dynamics 365 CRM
• Work closely with team members to ensure the CRM aligns with business needs
• Continually seek ways to improve the efficiency and functionality of the CRM system

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• *MUST HAVE FLUENT GERMAN*
• Proven experience as an application developer
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle
• Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, JavaScript, SQL
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team setting
• Excellent communication skills
