Their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader in the water industry and, due to continued success and significant growth, they are looking to onboard a Commercial Manager to lead their commercial team.
Your new role
As Commercial Manager, you will be based out of their Birmingham office and be responsible for, but not limited to:

Effectively managing operational efficiency and change, identifying areas for improvement

Supporting with framework and bid submission packs

Assessing and reporting on commercial aspects of project performance

Ensuring monthly commercial reports are accurately completed

Managing relationships with both internal and external project stakeholders

Efficiently managing costs and budgets.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:

Working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 forms of contract

Proven experience in managing Quantity Surveyors and/or Senior Quantity Surveyors

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills

Professional membership (e.g. RICS, ICE)

Full UK driving licence.
