CHANNEL SOLUTIONS OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

The Channels & Solutions, Partner, Social Solutions will report into the Digital Solutions Managing Partner. Leading the Channel & Solutions Paid Social team, they will be integral to cross-channel knowledge sharing and contributing to channel integration across Mindshare. The ideal candidate will be expected to use their own initiative in leading Social strategy and capabilities for Mindshare's Channel & Solutions team as well as setting up processes and expectations for the Paid Social team within our client portfolio.

CHANNELS & SOLUTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead the development of Paid Social Solutions for MS WW digital offering and create roadmaps for the Social product.
  2. Establish and nurture relationships with key social partners (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and develop annual JBPs and a QBR process for Mindshare Channels & Solutions.
  3. Contribute and lead Social-related aspects of New Business as well as upselling and cross-selling services and capabilities to Mindshare clients.
  4. Overall responsibility for the Paid Social capability and how the channel integrates with other channels and functions across MS WW.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  1. Impressive track record of devising Paid Social strategies and implementing them.
  2. Experience working with businesses made up of multiple business units.
  3. Ability to demystify Social to ensure clients understand what actions are required to achieve compelling results.
  4. Experience leading and developing a talented, multi-faceted team.
