Director - Head of Operations and Technical Design

Our client is a well-established and reputable architectural studio with a team of around 15 based near Glasgow. They work across a variety of sectors, predominantly working on bespoke residences, listed mansions, sporting estates, and hospitality. As they continue to grow and evolve, they are seeking a visionary Director to be part of the Executive Operating Board who, in collaboration with the Team, will lead the practice through its next chapter of success.

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

1. Proven leadership and management experience.
2. Strong understanding of project delivery processes from conception to completion.
3. Excellent technical knowledge.
4. A clear understanding of managing project budget.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
6. Experience in contract negotiation and risk management.
7. Ability to generate new business opportunities and revenue streams.
