Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and cost optimisation
• Manage headcount forecasting and drive process improvements
• Ensure compliance with governance and financial standards

What You'll Need:

• Qualified Finance Professional (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
• Strong financial acumen & analytical skills
• Ability to communicate finance to non-financial stakeholders
• Dashboarding skills and reporting to senior management team
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
