We are seeking a motivated and dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client s team in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is fluent in German and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and handle returns efficiently
- Respond to customer queries and provide outstanding service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to resolve issues
- Support in maintaining customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns
- Ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers
- Help improve customer service procedures and processes
What we're looking for:
- Native-level fluency in German is essential
- Previous experience in professional customer service is strongly preferred
- Must be within a commutable distance to High Wycombe
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
