Head of BPO/ Managed Services (Consulting)

As the BPO/Managed Services Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing NTT DATA UK&I's BPO and managed services capabilities. Your role will focus on presales, client delivery, and operational leadership to drive excellence in business process outsourcing and managed services engagementsCapability Leadership: Develop and execute the strategy for the BPO and Managed Services practice, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands. Establish best practices, frameworks, and methodologies to deliver client-centric solutions. Drive continuous improvement within the practice, ensuring innovation and thought leadershipPresales and Business Development: Lead BPO and managed services input into presales activities, supporting sales teams to craft compelling proposals. Engage with prospective clients to understand challenges and articulate how NTT DATA's BPO and managed services can meet their needs. Contribute to expanding the practice's footprint across key accounts and industriesClient Delivery: Serve as a hands-on, client-facing leader, taking ownership of key engagements where necessary. Ensure the delivery of exceptional, high-impact BPO and managed services that align with client objectives. Champion the creation of measurable business value for clients through outsourcing and managed services programsOperational Excellence: Lead and mentor a team of BPO and managed services professionals, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. Monitor performance metrics, optimize resource utilization, and ensure delivery excellence.
