Job Description

As Head of Business Consulting, you will lead, manage, and grow NTT DATA UK&I's business consulting capability. Your role will focus on presales, client delivery, and operational leadership to drive excellence in business transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capability Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the strategy for the Business Consulting practice, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
    • Establish best practices, frameworks, and methodologies to deliver client-centric solutions.
    • Drive continuous improvement within the practice, ensuring innovation and thought leadership.
  • Presales and Business Development:
    • Act as the lead for business consulting input into presales activities, supporting sales teams to craft compelling proposals.
    • Engage with prospective clients to understand challenges and articulate how NTT DATA's business consulting services can meet their needs.
    • Contribute to expanding the practice's footprint across key accounts and industries.
  • Client Delivery:
    • Serve as a hands-on, client-facing leader, taking ownership of key engagements where necessary.
    • Ensure the delivery of exceptional, high-impact business consulting services that align with client objectives.
    • Champion the creation of measurable business value for clients through transformation programs.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Lead and mentor a team of business consultants, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
    • Monitor performance metrics, optimize resource utilization, and ensure delivery excellence.
    • Work with the Head of Consulting to align the practice's growth with broader organizational goals.
What experience you'll bring:
  • Demonstrable experience in leading business consulting practices, with a focus on presales, client delivery, and operational management.
  • A strong background in business transformation, change management, or management consulting.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
