Salary: £37,000-£57,000 a year

Protocol Education are looking to appoint a Head of Humanities (Geography expert) to plan and deliver challenging and engaging lessons that instil a passion for learning. You will lead a team of staff including heads of geography, history and religious education. You will be expected to teach a high percentage of A-level geography.

You will:

• Be committed to raising the attainment of all students in a challenging classroom environment.
• Have experience of improving the quality of teaching and learning.
• Be experienced in leading a team and/or working to support the success of others.
• Demonstrate effective behaviour management.
• Have the resolve and enthusiasm to make a real difference to the lives of students.
