This role will give you the opportunity to own and lead Marketing execution and campaigns across the UK & Europe. You will work closely with the Leadership team launching new venues, driving YoY growth and unlocking opportunities for the brand. We encourage individuals who challenge assumptions and always look for the best, rather than easiest, execution.

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years marketing experience
  • Experience working for a destination based venue / experience / hospitality business
  • Strong digital knowledge of using channels to drive sales (SEO, PPC, CRM, social) and build engaging campaigns that gain traction with bloggers, vloggers, journalists and customers alike.
  • Understands how best to measure marketing performance and ROI (CPA, CPI, retention and frequency)
  • Can bring strategic and 'big picture' thinking and be able to set a clear vision and plan whilst also being a 'doer' and in particular ensuring operational excellence.
  • Previous management of CRM platforms, executing email campaigns and automations, with a clear measure on open rates and revenue driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • An obsessive focus to deliver against two key metrics:
    • Brand awareness
    • Booking hours
  • Working closely with the creative, marketing and sales teams to create advertising campaigns and promotions
  • Lead the marketing strategy and plans, working in partnership with relevant stakeholders
  • Work in partnership with our digital agency to ensure performance campaigns remain on track and targets are delivered
  • Consistently look to innovate with data, insight, creative and media platforms
  • Manage in-venue marketing assets
  • Supporting the Events & Sales teams with marketing collateral, as well as supporting in driving leads and enquiries to the team.
  • Ensuring the website is working as our shop window, effectively promoting bookings, whilst maintaining a high conversion rate through the booking journey.
  • Maintain and grow CRM database, whilst managing the ongoing email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop stand out marketing campaigns to increase sales, working with the Director of Brand, Marketing & Experience to deliver to high standards.
