Your Responsibilities

• Lead and grow our product team, identifying, mentoring and recruiting exceptional talent
• Break down our product vision into a prioritized roadmap, considering technical constraints, business requirements, and market demands and make sure we deliver on it
• Work closely with Engineering leads to drive day-to-day product development and ensure regular, reliable, and high-quality releases
• Foster a product management culture that is innovative, collaborative and focused on our customers and company mission
• Establish and continuously improve internal processes & tooling to ensure efficient operations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Tech und Customer Success/Sales, to document detailed product requirements
• Evaluate product- and market-specific trends & maintain deep knowledge of our customers, usage data and business

Your Qualifications

• Seeking exceptional candidates with successfully completed studies in a business or technology-related field
• Relevant work experience in leading product management teams. Ideally at another startup and/or B2B software company
• Proven ability to define a clear vision and roadmap that is challenging, but achievable, motivating to your team and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• You are passionate about building state-of-the-art digital health products
• Solution-oriented mindset & focus on getting things done
• Excellent oral and written communication in German and English
