In this role, you'll lead the TaxScouts' product in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and impact-driven product manager to take ownership of an ambitious product end to end.
You'll lead a cross-functional product team of engineers and designers. You're going to be responsible for identifying and quantifying the key success metrics for the product, discovering opportunities and defining product requirements, advocating for the customer experience, and rapidly shipping and learning.
You'll own the product roadmap and drive the continuous improvement of the service by combining insights from our customers with hard data and intuition.
By joining the Taxfix Group, TaxScouts UK is in an exciting next phase of growth. You'll play a pivotal role in evolving our UK product into the go-to solution for individuals and small businesses. You'll tackle challenges unique to the UK tax landscape and help us scale our services to a broader audience.
Responsibilities- Own the strategic direction and evolution of our UK product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and user needs.
- Lead product lifecycle end to end - analysis, ideation, requirements definition, building, evaluation, and iteration - by working within a cross-functional product team.
- Conduct user research to anticipate consumer demands, combining insights from operational data to guide product development.
- Drive continuous learning about market trends and technical advancements, integrating findings into product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and customer support teams to align product initiatives with customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Monitor product performance and adjust strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Foster a culture of customer-focused product development across the company and group.
- You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset focused on innovation and growth.
- You have experience managing customer-facing products; you place your customers first-always.
- You are a master of converting complex customer needs into product requirements and elegant user experience.
- You are self-driven and make things happen.
- You are capable of driving organisational change and influencing product strategies beyond the product management function.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to convey complex product concepts to stakeholders at all levels with extreme clarity.
- Strong collaborative skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams across the company.
