Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Effective Communication: Cultivate and mentor top-notch communication skills within the team through interactions with candidates and colleagues.
  4. Talent Identification: Strategically identify and attract top talent from within the market, setting the standard for excellence.
  5. Database Management: Oversee our candidate database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  6. Market Mapping: Develop comprehensive market maps to track trends and emerging talent.
  7. Candidate Engagement: Elevate candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process, providing support and guidance as needed.
What We're Looking For:
