Job Description

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to lead and make an impact? We are seeking an enthusiastic, strategic, and forward-thinking HR Manager to join our team. You will be a dynamic, people-focused professional with a passion for fostering positive workplace relationships. With a deep understanding of employee relations, conflict resolution, and employment law, you will be skilled at building trust and driving solutions that support both employees and the organization. Your strong communication and negotiation skills allow you to navigate complex situations with empathy and clarity, ensuring fair and balanced outcomes

Key Responsibilities - an overview, but not limited to:

  • Lead HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and employee development
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding
  • Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive growth and engagement
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance
  • Oversee employee performance evaluations and succession planning
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and employees to address concerns and resolve issues

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, ideally in Construction
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law and best practices
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with teams at all levels
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

Level 7 CIPD is highly desirable
