HR Operations Manager
Permanent Role. Salary: c.£46,000 Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
I am recruiting for an HR Operations Manager on behalf of a college based in Birmingham. This is a key operational HR role, full-time, with a competitive salary of around £46,000 and hybrid working options.
The Role: Ensure the organisation's resourcing needs are met while delivering efficient, high-quality HR operations and insightful people data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition to attract and engage a diverse candidate pool.
- Manage and develop the HR Operations team, driving continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex HR queries with practical, long-term solutions.
- Streamline HR processes and manage change for supporting technologies.
- Provide accurate, meaningful HR data for compliance reporting and decision-making.
- Maintain the integrity and effectiveness of employee data across business systems.
- Manage relationships with external HR tech providers.
Skills and Experience:
- CIPD qualification.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptable skills for various business systems.
- Proven experience leading a high-performing HR operations team.
- Hands-on expertise in recruitment processes and associated technologies.
- Proficient in continuous improvement and project management techniques.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and organised with a solution-focused mindset.
