I am recruiting for an HR Operations Manager on behalf of a college based in Birmingham. This is a key operational HR role, full-time, with a competitive salary of around £46,000 and hybrid working options.

The Role: Ensure the organisation's resourcing needs are met while delivering efficient, high-quality HR operations and insightful people data.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead recruitment and talent acquisition to attract and engage a diverse candidate pool.
2. Manage and develop the HR Operations team, driving continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex HR queries with practical, long-term solutions.
4. Streamline HR processes and manage change for supporting technologies.
5. Provide accurate, meaningful HR data for compliance reporting and decision-making.
6. Maintain the integrity and effectiveness of employee data across business systems.
7. Manage relationships with external HR tech providers.

Skills and Experience:

1. CIPD qualification.
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptable skills for various business systems.
3. Proven experience leading a high-performing HR operations team.
4. Hands-on expertise in recruitment processes and associated technologies.
5. Proficient in continuous improvement and project management techniques.
6. Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform decisions.
7. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
8. Proactive and organised with a solution-focused mindset.
