HRIS Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d)

To strengthen our motivated HRIS Team within our Human Resources MM HQ department in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate HRIS Project Manager - SAP Success Factors (m/f/d).

Your Role

• You take over the project lead for the global rollout of our existing group HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Recruiting Management, Eightfold), as well as the implementation of further modules & functionalities (e.g. LMS, Identity Management Integration) across 70 locations in 30 countries
• You are responsible for project planning, governance and the whole organisation
• You act as a communication hub for all topics in and around the managed projects
• You take over the proactive stakeholder engagement & management, ensuring cross-functional collaboration
• You are responsible for the progress reporting & risk management
• You support developing and optimising operational governance

Profil Your Profile

• You have already gained experience as HRIS project manager or similar role in an international environment
• You have good understanding of HR processes and HRIS systems (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus)
• Your excellent organisational skills with attention to detail are helping you in your daily work
• You are a curious, proactive & solution-oriented person
• You have strong interpersonal & communication skills in English (C1), and experience with leading project teams beyond hierarchies, German is an advantage
