Job Description

Luminance is the family office of Peter Chaljawski. For over a decade, we have been investing in companies and real estate, leveraging our entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to independent decision-making. As an owner-managed family office, we operate exclusively with our own capital, making decisions independently of external parties, investors, or committees. Our entrepreneurial DNA allows us to make swift and decisive decisions, granting us maximum flexibility.

Our young and ambitious team shares a unique perspective with the founders we work with, constantly reimagining the status quo. We aim to provide the best possible support to positively impact the long-term success of the ventures we invest in.

  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and potential risks. Contribute to the development of Luminance's investment strategy, identifying new sectors or geographies for potential investment.
