• Provide hands-on technical support to clients across a range of IT services.
• Work with the latest technologies including UTM/Firewall, Security, Azure, and AWS.
• Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
• Progress towards consultant level by gaining expertise in innovative IT solutions.

• Passion for computing technology and IT services.
