Learning Support Assistant Duties:

• Provide dedicated learning support to students.
• Build strong relationships with students and offer guidance.
• Maintain a well-organized, supportive environment, assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Foster student engagement and promote learning.

Essential Requirements:

• Recent and relevant experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine commitment to creating a supportive learning environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the class teacher.
• A valid DBS on the update service.
