Your new role
You will join an established team of maintenance engineers who provide reactive, preventative and improvement maintenance to production team and advise on equipment capabilities. This is a maintenance role with fault finding and solving equipment issues and electrical and mechanical component replacement. You will be encouraged to present your own ideas for improvement and lead projects you feel will benefit the production facility - a rewarding opportunity.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need an engineering qualification as well maintenance experience within a production setting. Some flexibility is required for overtime
What you'll get in return
This is a shift position offering plenty of time off as you will only work 14 days/nights in a 28 days period. You will also earn a basic package of £47,000 and with overtime will earn in excess of £50,000 a year. In addition, with the development of their own machines and improvement projects you will experience equipment and processes not seen elsewhere and develop unique skills.
