Finance Management Accounts

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance professional to join our team in the role of Finance Management Accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial processes, including payroll management, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow. This role will involve working closely with various departments to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a finance role within a corporate environment (preferably recruitment)
  • Strong proficiency in payroll management, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow analysis.
  • Experience working with the Dimensions accounting system or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with auditors.
  • Solid understanding of balance sheet postings, credit control, and bank reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with journal postings, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
