ABOUT THE SCHOOL AND MATHS TEACHER CONTRACT: A medium-size secondary school To assist the Head of Department in ensuring that teaching in your subject is of high quality and contributes to the departments improvement plan. To participate in staff development activities provided within the department and whole school. To deliver, as directed, syllabuses, resources, schemes of work, assessment and marking policies and teaching strategies so that student needs can be met. To report student progress in your subject to the Head of Department and to parents/carers.

THE RIGHT MATHS TEACHER WILL BE: Confident with teaching Maths to an A level standard Creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box Degree relating to Maths teacher Teaching qualification Eligibility to work in the UK Be able to provide teaching references for the last 2 years A fully enhanced DBS on the online update service
