Operations Director opportunity working for a major tier one main contractor who has a significant presence in London and the home counties, looking to bring on a new senior member to grow the team.

About the role of Operations Director

This Operations Director will be working across multiple new build and refurbishment projects valued around £100 million.

This Operations Director will oversee project delivery and be involved in converting PCSA's and bidding for new work.

Operations Director responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple build projects in London, working closely with Project Directors to support and lead.
• Building relationships with new and existing clients and stakeholders, as well as bringing in new contacts with consultants and clients to add value to the business unit.
• Pulling together the design, commercial, and programme aspects, assisting operation teams in the successful delivery of projects.
• Influencing processes and procedures around HSEQ in the business and supporting the company's values and growth.

Requirements for Operations Director

• A proven track record in delivering major projects circa £100 million from start to finish.
• Experience working for a tier one main contractor with a demonstrated stability and longevity in their career.
• Experience on commercial/residential/mixed-use schemes, both new build, cut & carve, and refurbishment in central London.
• A desire to progress their career, add value to a successful business, and put their own stamp on their place in the business.
