Service Delivery Manager - Oracle Cloud UK/Abu Dhabi

Are you a Service Delivery Manager based in the UK with demonstrable experience leading Oracle Cloud ERP projects, and open to working abroad? My client has an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Lead to join their team, working frequently from their offices in Abu Dhabi! We are looking for a leader ready to make an impact, driving key projects and ensuring top-tier service delivery. If you're passionate about managing high-performing Oracle Cloud ERP teams and unlocking new business opportunities, this role is for you!

About the Role:

Having fully understood the contractual requirements and commitments, You will oversee service delivery teams, ensuring projects are staffed, managed, and executed efficiently. From budget control and resource planning to stakeholder engagement and relationship building, you'll be the go-to leader. Your focus will be on maintaining service excellence, driving client satisfaction, and identifying and unlocking new revenue opportunities.

About You:

• Solid track record in Service Delivery roles, leading Oracle Cloud Projects
• Experience in project and financial management.
• You are a natural leader and problem solver, experienced in people management,.
• Familiar with contract terminology with a sharp focus on KPIs and profitability
