Job Description
Your role

As a Partner Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for partner acquisition, maintaining partner relationships, and growing indirect sales revenue. In this role, you will work with cross-functional internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.


Your mission
  • Building and maintaining positive and productive long-term partner relationships (potential and current)
  • Maintain open and regular communication with the partner, collaborate on joint initiatives, and address back (internally) any issues or concerns that arise
  • Support developing our partner strategy and our partner program
  • Development of new business with our partners
  • Negotiate and manage contracts
  • Generate order income and revenue via partners
  • Initial technical order clarification until handover to Sales Engineering
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments, such as customer success, product development, and marketing to ensure that partner programs align with overall business goals

Your profile
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a partner (sales) manager, sales account manager, sales engineer, or relevant position
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Degree in business administration, sales, industrial engineering, or in a relevant field
