We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Studio in Kings Cross, London.
Our Project Managers are integral to the successful running of our projects. Working alongside our design team, they ensure that our projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed programme, scope and fee structure. They are detail-oriented and prioritize factoring in contingencies to ensure that the design team can do their best work.
At this level, our Project Managers bring their previous expertise to the strategic commercial set-up of our projects. Working alongside our Commercial and New Business team, they can generate new scopes, fees and deliverables and are comfortable negotiating with clients.
Candidates should have:- At least 5 years' experience as an Architectural Project Manager (excluding time spent as a Project Architect)
- A Degree and master's in architecture (or related subject).
- An international portfolio of experience in the role (Korea would be an advantage)
- Experience in lead consultancy services.
- Korean speaking/writing language skills is desirable
- Fluency in English
