Project Manager (Sightline)

Overview

The Project Manager role is responsible for high level management, delegation, and execution of day-to-day e-discovery project tasks. The role involves concurrently managing multiple projects of varying complexities. The incumbent will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the counsel and/or client legal team to ensure the successful completion of e-discovery matters. Project Managers must also mentor, train and delegate as necessary to ensure client expectations are met and their experience with Consilio is valued. Sightline is Consilio's preparatory eDiscovery tool.

Responsibilities

1. Providing end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serving as primary client point of contact
2. Providing expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables
3. Managing projects of local and global clients
4. Creating and maintaining project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
5. Developing and managing relationships with external and internal teams
6. Defining, communicating, implementing and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables
7. Providing timely communications on all activities to clients
8. Serving as expert on Consilio's review platforms and proprietary offerings
9. Forecasting, tracking and managing project budgets and invoices
10. Successfully overseeing multiple, concurrent projects
11. Generating and distributing reporting metrics for processed requests and KPI's on a regular basis
12. Driving success across departments
13. Developing strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service
14. Partnering with other internal teams to create best practices and workflows to improve client experience

Qualifications

1. BA/BS degree or experience within the litigation support / legal industry
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager
3. Demonstrable working knowledge of an eDiscovery review platform
4. Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
5. Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
6. Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs
8. The ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively
9. Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills
10. Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, including teams of supporting project managers
11. Fluency in English and in another European language desirable
