An exciting opportunity to work for one of the UK largest gyms, with a brand new gym opening this year. This fitness job in Harringay is the perfect opportunity for a fitness professional to join a brand new gym as they enter their presale and opening phase! This opportunity is for a leading franchise gym chain as they embark on their journey into the world of gyms and look to open their first of many clubs. Do you have a background within health and fitness? Are you passionate about sales and retention? Do you have experience managing a team? If you answered yes to all the above then we have the perfect role for you. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be in charge of leading the day-to-day running of the sales and retention throughout the club.

Daily Duties:

1. Dealing with membership enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face, ensuring a high standard of member experience, providing precise information to prospective members
2. Conducting tours and gym inductions
3. Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business
4. Supporting and working with marketing strategies, KPI's, and initiatives throughout the club
5. Planning and running marketing and member events in and out of the club
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system
7. Being front-facing for any member inquiries

Essential Requirements

1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry
