This particular client has put together a progressive hiring strategy that has seen the company continue to grow due to great success in won projects, and who have a very strong pipeline moving forward.

Our client is ideally seeking individuals who have worked at a Salesforce partner previously, who are team players and are looking to join a growing force in the Salesforce ecosystem, where they can cross collaborate and share ideas to continue the company success story.

This role will require you to work from the London office for 1 day a week. Candidates must be UK-based and have the right to work within the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

This is a vital role within the business, and as the Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering Salesforce implementation projects, whilst driving innovation and creativity across the team. In return, you will be fully supported in your own personal growth and development.

Other responsibilities include:

1. Conducting interactive workshops and training sessions with clients.
2. Being adept at comprehending client needs, which may necessitate asking probing questions to gain a precise understanding.
3. Grasping a client's business, capturing their requirements, and providing recommendations while designing a supported solution.
4. Documenting solutions into a clear and concise user story format.
5. Peer reviewing designs to ensure gaps are identified and check adherence to best practices.
6. Configuring Salesforce to meet complex functional requirements.

Skills

As the Salesforce Functional Consultant you will need:

1. A proven background in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
2. A solid background with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, with CPQ being desirable.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a particular emphasis on strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work setting.
5. A good understanding of and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
6. Ambition, with a drive for growth and success.

Experience Requirements

Salesforce consultancy experience or similar end-user experience in a complex environment.

Qualifications

Hold multiple Salesforce certifications.
