About the Role
Our client, a leading specialist in Trade Credit Insurance, is seeking a Senior Business Information Analyst to support sales strategy, enhance reporting capabilities, and provide valuable financial insights.

This role will work closely with sales, finance, and senior management to drive data-led decision-making and optimise business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide financial insights and data analysis to support prospect meetings and client engagements.
2. Assist in the execution of sales strategies and the development of compelling sales materials.
3. Conduct financial and risk assessments for mid-market clients to facilitate informed decision-making.
4. Maintain and manage data sources to effectively track sales performance.
5. Support Account Managers in managing and strengthening strategic partnerships.
6. Analyse customer churn trends and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
7. Assist with commission calculations and overdue debt reporting.
8. Contribute to product development and the enhancement of new business offerings.

1. Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, with strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
4. Experience in business-to-business (B2B) credit risk analysis.
5. CICM qualification (preferred).
