The role sits within the Philips Performance Media team and involves working closely with our 13 markets across the region to enable the next phase of business and digital transformation for Philips. You will work with and report into the Affiliates Manager, and work in collaboration to the wider performance team to ensure the client business objectives are met.

The Affiliates Senior Executive is responsible for the execution of our Affiliates programme across the regions for Personal Health for Philips. You will be responsible for executing a best-in-class Affiliates strategy in collaboration with the Affiliates Manager, supporting in planning and delivering strategies across branding, performance media and ecommerce, and delivering on Philip's business priorities.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, a problem-solver, with a hands on background in affiliate marketing to deliver best service for Philips.

Specific areas of responsibilities involve:

  • Executing the key priorities and workstreams for affiliate marketing for Philips
  • Executing the test & learn plan for Philips, and support in identifying testing opportunities
  • Support in identifying and delivering growth opportunities
  • High quality, robust and actionable data and performance analysis & reporting
  • You will support with partner management
  • Additionally, you will be a part of the OMD EMEA Performance Community, where we want you to share your expertise and knowledge

Skills and experience requirements:
  • demonstrable experience managing affiliates marketing
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven background in affiliate marketing
  • Activation expertise
  • You will have experience in Partnerize, or other affiliate marketing platforms
  • You will have strong excel skills
  • You will be very comfortable managing relationships with clients and colleagues
  • An understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture is highly beneficial
  • You will have a good understanding of KPI selection within affiliate marketing
  • You will have experience activating affiliate marketing and therefore an understanding of best practice across programme setup, QA, reporting, insight generation and finance
  • You will support with the media plans for affiliate marketing
  • You will support with the client relationship day-to-day and execute campaign strategy and optimisations.
  • You will work with the team to make sure that our campaigns are meeting targets, and make
  • You will be able to juggle multiple priorities
  • You need to be creative in the way you solve problems, able to 'think outside the box' to find solutions to business challenges.
